evening all

spent the day in town for my daughters birthday.
walking through picc circus one of those ticket places was advertising hospitality for the game.

sarge jr and i looked at each other...........

didn't do it / was frowned upon.

on the way home with a 4 pack of ruddles waiting for me.

Want a performance. need a result.

For me Antonio shows a lot of promise and I am a huge fan of his. I do find though that he doesn't take an easy option and can be greedy sometimes. He thread the ball once through which was a lovely pass but there were so many occasions where if he looked up instead of trying the spectacular then the pass was there. I think when we get Sakho or Carroll back then it might change a little bit. We just need to play like we did in the first 15 for a majority of the game.

Just seen some of the highlights. Reid for their first goal was absolutely diabolical, twice in the same move too.

With Lukaku in their team we needed to score when we were on top. He was always going to score at some point.

Think if we had a proper striker playing even injured Sakho or Carroll we would of got something out that game.

Stoke now very important for us considering run of games.

Thought we were the better side in the first half although Everton were always in the game. We need a proper striker asap. Didn't score while we were on top and 1st goal was massive in this game.

We played well up until 60 minutes. After their goal we lost our way a bit and with 20 minutes to go, after the substitutions, we lost our shape completely.

As we all know, we aren't very clinical...we could easily have been in front with a little more composure in the final third and if we'd scored first it would have been a different game.

If you watched MOTD then you'll not have seen many of the events which could've gone our way. No discussion of the yellow/red. Just how mavellous Barclay was.
Admittedly we deserved little, if anything, but you'd have thought even the West Ham hating BBC would've considered that event worthy of a discussion. Or the second goal - quick brush aside about offside and a dubious line showing he was offside, despite them saying he wasn't.
Why do I watch this damnable programme?

The difference is they had a striker and we didn't.End of.
Zaza,Fegouli,Tore should never allowed to pull on the shirt again.
There's better footballers down the Hackney Marshes.
How many times did Fegouli cross and stuff it up.
Antonio tries his heart out but he should play where he should on the RHS of midfield.
FFS give Martinez or Fletcher a go on Saturday they cannot do worse than Zaza.

We got enough back, but they didn't pick up their players.

Watching it again on MOTD I still can't see how that bloke stayed on the pitch when it was 0-0. It was a clear goal scoring opportunity and the only other Everton players were out wide and more or less behind. Crap decision.

We have to believe in Ayew. We don't have much choice. Unfortunately for him, there's a lot of weight on his shoulders, and now he's back playing, we need to see some kind of return for that money pretty quickly.

I do not see how we can score in the box in this league without a half decent striker? Recent goals have proved this, the only recent goal I can remember in the box was Lanzini's against Palace? Reid's winner against Sunderland wasn't and neither of Weds goals were either.

Easy to beat west ham. We can only reasonably score outside the box, score one and the points are in the bag for the opposition.

Given the run we have coming I still think Bilic will pay the price, as managers always do.
